1. Bespoke & Custom Boutique Orders

Because custom garments are cut and sewn to your specific measurements, fabric selections, and styling requirements, they are exempt from standard returns or refunds. However, we provide alteration adjustments during boutique trial runs to ensure your final outfit fits perfectly.

2. B2B Wholesale & Manufactured Batches

For bulk manufacturing and wholesale dispatches, cancellations are not accepted once fabric cutting and assembly starts. If you notice any stitching discrepancies or size errors that deviate from confirmed invoices, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange necessary corrections.
