Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Sutra by Suchi distributes boutique orders and B2B manufacturing shipments across India and globally. We partner with reputable courier networks to ensure timely, safe arrivals.

1. Retail & Custom Boutique Orders

Custom-fit boutique apparel is dispatched immediately after final stitching checks and ironing trials. Standard domestic transit takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination cities.

2. B2B Wholesale Freight

Bulk wholesale boxes are packed and dispatched according to agreements. Shipping rates, transporter details, Lorry Receipts (LR), and tracking IDs are provided upon dispatch from our Bengaluru unit.

3. Transit Damages & Inspections

If box packages show external damage during delivery, please record dynamic pictures or unboxing videos before opening, and report the details to our customer desk immediately.
