Welcome to Sutra by Suchi. By accessing or requesting orders via this website (SutraBySuchi.com) or using our retail boutique and wholesale services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Custom Orders & Tailoring

Bespoke custom outfits require detailed measurement approvals. Since these are customized garments hand-styled to unique customer measurements, creation begins once fabric choices and design options are finalized. Any alterations must be discussed during trials.

2. B2B Wholesale & Manufacturing Contracts

Bulk production orders, MOQ requirements, sample parameters, and packing lists are documented in individual B2B invoices. Estimates for shipping times may fluctuate depending on logistics, customs, or materials availability, and are detailed in individual order sheets.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Sutra by Suchi" name, design drafts, templates, custom collections, and brand logo are intellectual properties belonging to Suchithra. Reproduction of custom boutique designs is prohibited without explicit authorization.
